Ideal if you love individualized attention, guidance and support. From your initial health analysis, to customized meal plans, personalized recipes and ongoing accountability to build a lifestyle that supports your goals.
Gut health testing and planning
Ideal if you excel at implementing lifestyle changes on your own. This includes the most advanced microbiome test to support understanding of what is currently going on in the microbiome and a tailored plan for you to implement. Along with personal coaching add ons if desired.
Group nutrition classes
Ideal if you thrive in a supportive group environment with like-minded people.
