We create meal ideas together that fit your preferences, time and budget as well as making them nutritious and delicious. We build in a system to keep inflammation as low as possible. This custom tailored plan includes comprehensive dietary and nutrient plan based off your unique life story.

You’ll complete a medical history and symptom questionnaire and a diet diary before our first session. The questionnaire and diet diary will help me delve into your nutritional well-being and understand:

  • Your symptoms
  • Your nutritional goals
  • Your medical history (childhood illnesses, previous accidents, operations or medical interventions, recurrent illnesses, and previous diagnoses)
  • Prescription medications, natural therapies, and supplements you’ve taken or undergone
  • Your family history

We’ll then deep dive into every area and symptom to understand how your systems are interlinking, looking at you as a whole, working closely together to empower you with the knowledge and understanding to take back control of your health.
